Their high-pitched calls always make me drop whatever I’m doing, grab my camera, and try and find them! Its always special when I see their bright colours flash past or spot them in a tree.

This male was sitting out the back of our house, in one of our large shrubs. He happily posed for me while I clicked away and I knew I would definitely be drawing him.
