These characters are such a joy to draw and observe. From hanging upside down in the rain, to flying erratically through the paddocks, they always seem to be having fun.
This male Galah was jumping around in one our large Wattle trees in our backyard, and I just couldn’t wait to draw him!
I wanted to capture the playfulness in his eye, and his beautiful feathers so much, I loved drawing every minute of this piece.
